Before assigning the product options to individual products
within Personify, it is recommended that all the desired options and choices
are setup. For example, for some inventoried products you may want to teak and
adjust the size and color options.
The choice (sub-code) defined for the umbrella product will
display on the product preview window when viewing the item online.
From the Personify main toolbar, select Products >
Umbrella Products > Product Options.

The Define Product Options screen will display.

To add a product option, click on the Add Option button.

2. In the Option
section, update the following.
a. Code:
Text field for abbreviated description of the option.
b. Description:
Text field for the description of the option.
c. Display
Order: Order in which the options will appear online. Any option with
the same display number will appear in alphabetical order.

Once the Option has been defined, highlight the option on the left, and
click Add Choice to add the choices of that option.

4. The Choice
section will display. Update the following information:
a. Sub-Code:
Text field for the abbreviated description.
b. Description:
Text field for the description of the choice.
c. Display
Order: Order in which the choices will appear online. Any option with
the same display number will appear in alphabetical order.
d. Browse /
Clear: Hyperlink that allows you to add or clear a photo of the
choice.

Repeat until all additional product options have been added. Save
changes made.
Note: There is an option to delete
options and choices. If an option is deleted from Personify, all choices
associated with that option will be deleted as well. As a best practice, it is
recommended to inactivate the code instead. Once an option/choice has been
used, it cannot be deleted.
