This online report generates a list of orders that are backordered over a specified number of days. The order date is compared to the current date to determine the number of days that an order is backordered. Users can filter the report by the number of days the order has been backordered. Entering zero will return all backordered orders.
1. From the home page in the Analytics section, use the Run an online report button.
2. Update the Parameters
3. Click the Run Report button.
