Searching and Reading an Order
There are many ways to search for an order in Personify.
The first way is going to be to locate through the constituent record.
- Search for the
customer utilizing the CRM360 or Find a Customer option by name or
ID#.

After search completes if only one
constituent matches the criteria the constituent will automatically open. To
select a constituent to open, double click the line of the constituent.

Click on the Orders and Donation tab
and click on the Order Line you want to open.
With the order open, we can look
to the order details section to work or gather more details on the individual
lines
The lines on the order will be
listed as shown above.
