Defining Meeting Capacity
We can define the capacity for a meeting, breakout session, or social event. We have to define a capacity so people can register. The default is always 99999. For the overall meeting this might be acceptable, however, for sessions this may be different. To define the meeting capacity, click Define Capacity from the Define the Product screen task category.

- Enter the Following:
- Capacity – Enter the maximum amount of registrants here.
- Wait List Capacity – Enter the amount of wait list registrants here. IF there is no wait list, the default should be 0
- Min Required Registrations – Enter the minimum amount of registrants that are required to attend.
