Related Customers
Some products are related to individuals such as authors, publishers, vendors, and speakers, etc. This can be searchable information for web users and back office operators. For example, one can track all products authored by an individual. You can maintain a list of these through the related customers. Start by clicking on the Related Customers screen task from the screen task category Relationship.
- From the search screen, locate the individual, company, or committee that you are searching for. To make the narrow down the search, you can search by:
- Name
- Customer ID
- Customer Class
- From the drop down menu, select a Relationship Type. This can be expanded from the current list, but available we have the following:
- Author
- Speaker
- Vendor
- Product Manager
- From the drop down menu, select a Status. This can be expanded from the current list, but available we have the following:
- Assigned
- Confirmed
- Invited
- Click on the Save
button.
