Related Files
We have the ability to associate
files with an active meeting product. These documents and or images, could be
program or track guides, maps, or materials associated with a breakout
session. This would also be a place to store contracts with vendors and or
speakers/presenters. To attach a related file, click on the Related Files
from the Relationships screen tasks category.
- Click on the Add
File Relationship button. From Windows Explorer choose the file you are
looking to attach to the product.
- Click on the drop
down for File Type and choose the appropriate option.
- Add a Display
Name should the document need to appear on the web.
- Add a Description
about the uploaded document.
- Check the Active
and Web Enabled if the document should appear with the
session/meeting online.
