Defining Capacity and Session Controls

Sessions have their own unique capacity and control.  To define a session’s capacity, click on Define Capacity & Session Control from the Subsystem Specific screen task category.

1. Enter the Capacity for the meeting.  If there is no capacity limit, then leave the default of 99999.
2. Enter a Wait List Capacity.  If there is no wait list capacity, then leave the default of 0.
3. Enter the Minimum Required Registrants.  If there is no minimum number of required registrants, then leave the default of 0.
4. Save  the choices.
