Cancelling a Meeting Order
The Cancellation & Refund
screen is used to process cancellations with and without refunds. We can
accept or override a cancellation fee, view all the transactions in a
cancellation process, and generate a refund directly without going through a
typical refund process.
Note: IF You cancel an order by
mistake, there is NO way to fix it from the application side. Please submit a
ticket via the AOA Service Catalog to have this corrected. In addition, if you
cancel a main line item, it will cancel all sub-line items.
