Maintaining Committee Meeting Minutes

Using this screen, you can store committee meeting minutes with a committee record for future reference.

  1. To maintain meeting minutes; from the Common Tasks task category, click Maintain Meeting Minutes.  The Committee Minutes Documents screen displays, as shown below.

  1. Click Select Document and search for a meeting minutes document from your hard drive.  When a document is selected, the Committee Minute Details fields automatically populate, though they can be changed.
  2. If necessary, change the Related Document Year and Related Document Date.
  3. Add any related comments.
  4. If necessary, highlight a document and click Open Document.  The document opens in the Committee Meeting Minute Files section. Personify copies the document to a local TEMP folder and opens it using Windows standard file relationships.
  5. Click Save.
