Preface:
Generating CyberSource transaction keys allows Personify & Cybersource to integrate. Keys will expire over a specified period of time and therefore must be generated and uploaded to Personify's hosting services.
Pre-requisites:
you need a copy of the Key file or a user who has access to generate Cybersource Key files (.p12 file)
Procedure:
Step 1: Walk the user through how to Open the cybersource (Requires a java plugin so IE is required to be used)
Step 2: Download the key file from the menu on the left under account settings to generate the transaction key
Step 3: Navigate and log in to Personify's ticketing system located here: https://personifycorp.force.com/help/login
Step 4: Once logged in Create a new case from the menu on the left.
Step 5: Leave the "Record Type of new record" box on "Submit a Case" and click Continue
Step 6: Fill out the Case form with all the necessary information
a. Type: Set to "Scheduled Maintenance"
b. Environment: Set to "Production"
c. Subject: "New Cybersource Keys for <org unit>/<Org unit>
d. Steps to reproduce: something along the lines of "upload attached cybersource keys for ORG"
e. Business impact: needed for CC transcations to occur.

Step 7: Click on the "submit & Add Attachment" Button
Step 8: Click on the Browse button and select your cybersource file
Step 9: click on the attach button to attach it to the ticket
Step 10: Click done.
