Viewing Orders Linked to an Existing Credit Card in CRM306®
Viewing any orders linked to credit card profiles will
display a view where this card has been used on a payment schedule or set to
renew with an order.
To view orders linked to an existing credit card:
1.
From the Financial Data task category in CRM360® click the Credit
Card Information screen task. The Saved Credit Cards screen will display.
2.
Select the appropriate credit card and click View Orders. The Orders
Linked to Credit Card screen will display in CRM360®.
3. The following
filters display:

Show orders requiring Future Payments Only
·
Show Orders Paid Within Last 3 Years
4. If needed, click
the hyperlinked order number to open the order or donation in the Order
Entry/Donation Entry screens.
5. Click the Return
to Saved Credit Cards link to return to the Saved Credit Cards screen.
