Generating a Receipt Report

You can generate a receipt report from Personify to send to a customer form the Receipt Review screen within the software. We’ve customized the look and feel of the receipt based on your association’s requirements. If you do not see the options to generate a receipt form the screen tasks (as listed below) then you may need to submit a thorough TeamDynamix.

To generate a receipt report from the customer record in CRM360:

  1. View the Receipts tab of the Latest Interactions section of the CRM360 home page. Click on the Receipt Number to view the details. The Receipt Review screen will open in a new screen tab. If the receipt number is NOT listed, then use the View All hyperlink to see additional receipts and select the appropriate receipt.

NOTE: If the receipt was made by another constituent (i.e. the dues are paid by another doctor, or practice pays for dues on behalf of a member) then the receipt will NOT be listed in the latest interactions or receipt review search screens. Open the CRM360 record for the payor.

  1. Right mouse click on the Receipt No: in the top portion of this screen an select Copy. This will copy the receipt to your clip board.
  2. Click on the Payment Receipt screen task for your association. The Online Report Submission screen tab opens.

  1. Paste the receipt number copied from the prior step into the 'Enter receipt Number:' report parameter field.
  2. Click the Run the Report button to generate a report in a new screen tab.

NOTE: If you need to make changes to the receipt (i.e. the formatting, information provided) you need to submit a service request to the AOA. This report is functional ONLY for membership dues at this time.
