Welcome to the AOA Service Desk, please login using your AOA Network credentials.

  1. Be sure you are entering your login information properly, i.e., caps lock is off, etc.
  2. If you believe you are entering your login information correctly, save and close your work.
  3. Press ctrl+alt+del and choose “Change a Password.” Change your Windows password and re-start your computer.
  4. Open TeamDynamix and see if it works with your new password.

If you are not part of AOA’s network the above instructions will not help.  In this case, use the username and password that you were provided.  Should you have trouble logging into the service catalog, please email support@aoa.org!  Thank you.
