Constituent Management Core Concepts

This standalone course educates learners on all the core concepts of managing constituent data utilizing the CRM360 screen within Personify. We will tie objectives to specific areas of constituent management such as identifying the types of constituents, single sign-on authentication, updating and maintaining contact information, constituent demographics, education/license information, and relationship data for a constituent record.

Objectives

  • Using hands-on activities and access to Personify CRM360® records, learners will manage and define the differences between the three main record types and constituent classes used to identify records they will regularly use to ensure proper data management and accuracy.
  • Learners will have access to create, manage constituent records while updating and identifying contact information, name details, both professional and personal demographic data, relationships, web access, and financial data using the CRM360® record management system.
  • Upon completion of the workshop, learners will have the knowledge to identify and report duplicate record data and data discrepancies to support on an as-needed basis to assist in maintaining integrity within the AOA and affiliate databases as part of a shared data initiative.
