Any group of constituents in Personify is considered a “Committee.” Learn how committees can be created, used, and managed within Personify. During this session, you will learn whom to manage the group as a whole and the involvement of each member. We will also discuss how to work with your committees as customers, as well as give you access to rosters and additional committee management tools.
Subgroups are like committees; however, we govern subgroups by membership product orders. Learners will how to add and remove subgroup officers and members, update subgroup demographics, email the subgroup; and view subgroup member counts.
Objectives
- Using the committee module within Personify360, learners can create and manage groups of constituent records that serve a specific goal or purpose such as a volunteer committee or program that can have a designate structure and demographics to accomplish the goals, mission, and vision of their association.
- Individual groups of constituents will allow learners to manage the detailed involvement such as the begin date, end date, position, status, participation as well as additional data to keep track of members and make data-driven decisions when it comes to leadership, volunteerism, and awarding success.
