Personify has a web component where members can log in and access their profile. This online application is called MyAOA. Trainees will learn how to assist users with web access, update profiles & Find a Doctor tool. A key objective from this course is understanding the importance of a unique primary email address and knowing what changes members can make from the website.
Objectives
- By the end of the training, learners can manage through the Personify CRM360® and web access screens the SSO login username and password for constituents who require access to the MyAOA profile, member-only content to both the AOA and supported affiliate websites.
- Using the MyAOA profile, learners can identify and comprehend the use and need of many of the online web applications members use to interact with Personify directly through web and data services such as the AOA Member Directory, online dues payment portal, online staff management tool, professional & personal demographics, member materials, association involvement and more to assist constituents as needed and determine the capabilities for future member interactions.
- Through demonstration and knowledge of constituent record management, learners can comprehend the inter-workings and logic behind the AOA Find-a-Doctor feature, online event registration application, and AOA Marketplace store, which constituents regularly use to interact with the association.
