Membership is a product in Personify, and you will learn how membership products are designed to function. This product is a service offered to constituents who which to be members of your association. A primary objective of this session will be learning the unique capabilities of membership products such as their start and end dates, fulfillment status, and more. We’ll discuss how to create, manage, and pay open orders in Personify.
Objectives
- Using resources provided, learners will identify the types, statuses, and affiliations of membership a constituent has on record with the AOA using the membership participation section of CRM360® and order entry screens of Personify to make day-to-day business decisions and provide the best service to members and non-members.
- Through demonstration, learners will understand the methods constituents become members of the association through the federated structure and as outlined through the constitution and bylaws of the AOA along with the impacts this has on the entire federation.
- Learners will identify and comprehend the benefits provided to constituent members through resources provided to understand the perceived value of membership provided by the national and state level affiliate associations to further understand the greater impact of membership.
