Personify uses the Batch/TRS system to handle significant processes in Personify, such as invoicing, automatic payment processing, payment import processing, renewals, etc. These jobs are used to update information in mass and provide an output when needed. Learners will become comfortable with the batch/TRS job submission screen and learn about applications the association will need to run.
Objectives
- Through hands-on activities and demonstration, learners will comprehend and identify the differences between online, batch/TRS, and Webi reports used by Personify and when it’s appropriate to use them to extract data outputs from Personify on an as needed basis.
