Designate a Tribute to a Fund

A life event may trigger donations to your fund, and Personify360 considered these gifts given in honor of or memory of someone as tribute gifts. You can designate the tribute at the fund level, helping donors understand who they could honor. You can also use tribute data on Tribute Acknowledgement letters.

  1. Perform the following to add a tribute element to the fund on the Tribute To tab.
    1. Select the Tribute Type from the drop-down menu. If your fund is in tribute to a person, company, or group, select the Tribute Type. For example, 'In honor of,' or 'In memory of.' The acknowledgment letters and fund summary reports differ based on the code entered here.
Note: If the appropriate Tribute Type is not available, don't hesitate to request support via the AOA Service Desk or email us at support@aoa.org.
  1. Enter the Description of the tribute. You must select a tribute type to enter a description.
  2. Use the hyperlink to select a Tribute To customer from Personify360.
  3. You can select a Primary Contact using the hyperlink. Personify360 will generate a fund donation summary report for the primary contact.
  4. The Address hyperlink allows you to select the address for the fund donation summary report.
