The Fundraising module (FND) in Personify360® covers the management of campaigns, appeals, funds, and recognition structures. We accomplish this by employing a different type of accounting compared to other Pesonify360® modules (i.e., cash-basis versus accrual). Additionally, it tracks how much money has been contributed, collected, and given by each donor and what is still due.

Funds

Funds designate the specific financial purpose of a gift. They identify the financial accounts in which Personify records gifts and pledges. If your organization has many expressly set goals for donations, you may have different funds and only a few campaigns.

Campaigns

A campaign is your overall objective for fundraising. For example, a political action campaign aims to raise money for advocacy efforts associated with a cause.

Gift Management

Fundraising gifts are defined to facilitate the processing of donations from members and constituents.

Appeals

An appeal is a specific fundraising initiative that consists of one or more activities (e.g., a mailing, telemarketing activities, a blast email). An appeal can be a letter, a phone call, a mass email, or any number of activities that solicit gifts for campaigns, funds, and memberships.

Donations

In the Fundraising subsystem, you can enter a simple gift, flexible gift, or rapid donation receipt entry.

Donor360

Utilizing Donor360, you can assign solicitors to donors, define yearly goals, review giving analysis and recognition history for the donor, add credit transactions, add appeals sent to the donor, and add confidential information about the donor.
