Accessing
& Using the Customer Quick View Screen
The
Customer Quick View is a new screen created just for the AOA. This snapshot
view of a constituent record will display pertinent information for the user.
To
access/use the Customer Quick View screen:
- Type ‘Info’ into the Command Line at the
top of Personify. Alternatively,
click on the Customer Quick View
from the home page.
- Search for a constituent by their Customer ID, Name, Primary Phone,
or Primary Email address. Click
and highlight the record you wish to open.
- Click the Select button to open the record. Alternatively, you can double click the
row to open the Quick View record.
Note:
If only one record is found, the window record will open automatically.
