Related Files

We have the ability to associate files with an active meeting product.  These documents and or images, could be program or track guides, maps, or materials associated with a breakout session.  This would also be a place to store contracts with vendors and or speakers/presenters.  To attach a related file, click on the Related Files from the Relationships screen tasks category.

  1.  Click on the Add File Relationship button.  From Windows Explorer choose the file you are looking to attach to the product.

  1. Click on the drop down for File Type and choose the appropriate option.
  2. Add a Display Name should the document need to appear on the web.
  3. Add a Description about the uploaded document.
  4. Check the Active and Web Enabled if the document should appear with the session/meeting online.
