Unable to open CRM360 records

If the issue seems to be isolated to one machine, please do the following:

  1. Please delete the following folders/files from the user’s machine:
    • Personify360 Folder - This can be found in the appdata roaming directory.
      • Example File Path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Personify Inc
    • PersonifyHistory.xml file - This can be found in the temp directory.
      • Example File Path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp
  2. Once you have deleted these files from the local machine please have the user restart Personify and let us know if they are still experiencing this issue.
