Contact Tracking is a powerful tool used by many associations to track the communication and contact they have with their constituencies. We will discuss how to form your associations best practices, assign, create, and maintain contact tracking records. A component of the contact tracking module is the standard letter system implemented to make your processes more efficient. Also, we will introduce you to the Personify Outlook Plugin and activities that are automatically created using the notifications services within Personify.
Objectives
- Using Personify360 and hands-on activities and the contact tracking module, learners will create and manage records to manage day-to-day tasks for all records with a topic and learn how prevalent a request is or how previous requests were handled.
- With an understanding of how the contact tracking module within Personify360 functions, learners will know to build process, programs, and enhance customer/member experiences by making data-driven decisions, tracking the impact and involvement of constituents, and measure employee productivity.
- The Personify360 Outlook Plugin will help associations consolidate a history of electronic correspondences to build a robust and unified account of all customer interactions and encourage staff to engage with their constituents using a standard application.
