Contact Tracking is a powerful tool used by many associations to track the communication and contact they have with their constituencies. We will discuss how to form your associations best practices, assign, create, and maintain contact tracking records. A component of the contact tracking module is the standard letter system implemented to make your processes more efficient. Also, we will introduce you to the Personify Outlook Plugin and activities that are automatically created using the notifications services within Personify.

Personify processes all transactions and payments through batches. Trainees will learn how to create these batches in Personify. During the training, learners will take payments on existing and created orders, reconcile, and post their batches. This training will discuss what policies and procedures the organization will want to have in place with it come to finances and payment handling.

The Personify accounting (FAR) module affects many subsystems. It’s is vital before learning about the products and orders that users have a general understanding of how to use Personify as an AR system. Trainees will gain a basic understanding of how we apply transactions to orders as well as the invoicing/acknowledgment pieces of Personify.

Orders are the way that associations deliver membership, meeting registration, inventory product orders, digital download orders, and other goods and services to its members and non-members. We will cover the basics of how to create, manage, and pay open orders and ultimately let you get comfortable with the order entry screen in Personify.
