Many times, members wish to pay their annual membership dues assessment on a schedule, whether it be monthly, semi-annually, or quarterly. Personify uses the concept of payment schedules for this functionality. This session will teach learners how to create, manage, and process payments on a payment schedule, whether using an automatic payment method such as a credit card or electronic funds transfer or for invoices.
Objectives
- Define and manage payment schedules using Personify to assist members pay annual dues assessments at frequent intervals and manage auto-payment methods using credit card profiles and EFT bank information to increase regular dues revenue and sustain membership.
- Using a combination of batch/TRS job and data analyzer query outputs, pre-authorize and manage regularly scheduled payments using the credit card auto payment method on a regular interval to secure dues income.
