Many times, members wish to pay their annual membership dues assessment on a schedule, whether it be monthly, semi-annually, or quarterly. Personify uses the concept of payment schedules for this functionality. This session will teach learners how to create, manage, and process payments on a payment schedule, whether using an automatic payment method such as a credit card or electronic funds transfer or for invoices.

On a regular interval, Personify recommends invoicing your customers using the ORD660 batch/TRS job. This invoice can be generated in paper or via email notification. Learners will understand how to run the ORD660 job with the appropriate parameters to maximize their collection efforts.

Personify partners with third-party data query software, SAP Business Objects to access Data Analyzer. We will teach learners how to extract data using preset data queries and Web reports. Objectives will include how to walk through the process to run some of these queries, filter the results, and extract them to Excel. Many rosters, communication lists, and other subsystem data which come from Personify is pulled out using Data Analyzer.
