Concepts of Invoicing in Personify360

On a regular interval, Personify recommends invoicing your customers using the ORD660 batch/TRS job. This invoice can be generated in paper or via email notification. Learners will understand how to run the ORD660 job with the appropriate parameters to maximize their collection efforts.

Objectives

• Utilize a Personify batch/TRS job to generate invoices on a regular frequency to provide members a paper or electronic copy of their current dues balance reflecting their assessment, paid dues to date, and future scheduled payments.
