Annual Renewal Processing and Invoicing
To streamline the annual renewal process and provide transparency into each task's status, we ask that you assist us in following the instructions below.
- Login to the AOA service desk
- Browse to your association's asset folder and download:
- Membership Pricing and Tax Deductibility sheet
- Update the sheet and save it to a location on your computer
- Submit a service request to schedule the renewal process
- Attach updated Membership Pricing and Tax Deductibility sheet
- While AOA works to schedule your renewal processing, download the following assets for changes (if applicable) from your asset folder
- Email Invoice template (in the "Invoice Assets" category)
- Paper Invoice template (in the "Invoice Assets" category)
- Membership Receipt/Payment Notification (in the "Email Notifications" category)
- Update the assets above and save them to a location on your computer
- Submit service request(s) (if applicable) and attach the updated assets for each
AOA will communicate with you throughout the renewal process via the requests submitted above.
