Annual Renewal Processing and Invoicing

To streamline the annual renewal process and provide transparency into each task's status, we ask that you assist us in following the instructions below.

  1. Login to the AOA service desk
  2. Browse to your association's asset folder and download:
    • Membership Pricing and Tax Deductibility sheet
  3. Update the sheet and save it to a location on your computer
  4. Submit a service request to schedule the renewal process
    • Attach updated Membership Pricing and Tax Deductibility sheet
  5. While AOA works to schedule your renewal processing, download the following assets for changes (if applicable) from your asset folder
    • Email Invoice template (in the "Invoice Assets" category)
    • Paper Invoice template (in the "Invoice Assets" category)
    • Membership Receipt/Payment Notification (in the "Email Notifications" category)
  6. Update the assets above and save them to a location on your computer
  7. Submit service request(s) (if applicable) and attach the updated assets for each

AOA will communicate with you throughout the renewal process via the requests submitted above.
