The American Optometric Association setup Personify using the following model. The system has standardized application parameters that have been put into place. Once the application parameters were decided, the org structure and financial model was built. With the financial model and org structure in place, the AOA then completed the setup of its 57 organizations and organizational units. The administrator accounts were built and then the subsystems were implemented.
