All users in Personify are required to have security access, personas, and access to various organizations and organization units. Learners will learn how to setup, apply and control security groups and user setups in Personify. In addition, you will also learn how to generate Personas and menus for users. Participants will walk through using the Persona Wizard to create custom personas for AOA and affiliate staff users.
Personify requires setup prior to the use. Participants will review the Application setup which governs how Personify will function for all organizations and organization units. Learn all about how to manage, update languages used, postal codes, country codes, state codes, and more. We will also review the currently used system types and codes as well as phone and address structures within the database. Learners will walk away with the knowledge of how back office Personify functions.
After you have setup the application for use, Personify requires the setup and maintenance of organization and organization units. Participants will learn how to manage and update system information, rate structures, organizational parameters, organization address information, general ledger accounting setup as well as the system level and standard setup reports used to document configuration.
