Courses marked with a diamond symbol are strongly recommended by management; all other courses are ancillary. Specialized courses may be required. Please review each course carefully to identify the course specific to your department.

Constituents & Committees Subsystems (CUS)

Learn all about constituents and committees; they are the heart of Personify. Our constituency includes more than just members, it's every individual, company, and group which interacts with the AOA. Maximize and reap the benefits of Personify's powerful customer database!

Personify & the Web (WEB)

Personify works directly with the AOA's websites through a series of web services and applications. Learn how constituents can login to AOA.org to manage their profile, purchases, and shop the AOA Marketplace. Other courses include members enrolling in the Online Join process and registering for MORE.

System Administration (SYS)

Find courses that are geared towards the setup, administration, and maintenance of Personify as well as other applications such as Staff Central, Data Analyzer, etc. Some training offered in the System Admin subsystem must be approved by the director of information technology.

Accounting & Order Entry (FAR)

Accounting & Order Entry are at the heart of Personify. Courses will include batch processing, lockbox and receipt entry, etc. Some training offered in the accounting & order entry subsystems will require the approval of the CFO.

Membership (MBR)

Membership courses will teach users basic dues processing, sections membership processing, student membership processing, and associate membership processing. Trainees will learn about how membership structure is setup as well as rate structure for member and non-member pricing.

Meeting & Facilities (MTG)

Meetings are considered any event, in which a constituent must register to attend. This can include everything from large annual conferences, small webinars, and fundraising dinners/events. Learn how to setup these types of products in Personify and the online components associated with meeting registration.

Inventory & Marketplace Products (INV)

Personify's vast product system includes inventory and AOA Marketplace products. Learn about how these products are setup and utilized in Personify as well as on the web for purchase. Courses include topics on product setup, fulfillment, warehousing and more.

Meetings/Events Module Multi-Day Workshop

Join us for a multi-day workshop on the event and exhibitor modules within Personify360. This workshop will provide learners on how to use Personify as the primary AMS for meeting/event management. The workshop will facilitate any discovery and implementation of the meetings/events, facilities, subsystems within Personify. Learners should have a moderate understanding of how the accounting, order entry and customer subsystems within Personify along with established processes for each. This event will string together existing courses offered by the technical training & support team.
