Are you new to Personify and/or the AOA! Want to learn all about the Personify association management and customer relationship management system that the AOA is using to work with constituents, membership, inventory product sales, meeting registrations, accounts receivable, committee and analytical management? This introductory course will get you started on the path! We highly recommend this course for any new employee of the AOA!
Learners will be trained on how to search for and manage constituent records within Personify. This is done in CRM360®. You will work with background information, involvement history, contact information, and much more. Included with this training is a brief overview of the Contact Tracking module.
Personify Reports & Data Analyzer training is for individuals who will be pulling and or extracting data from Personify. This introduction to the reports in Personify will educate you on how to successfully pull and run the right reports for the right reasons. This training will cover the access and functionality of the three report types within Personify. This includes, batch/TRS jobs, online reports, and Webi reports accessed through Data Analyzer.
This training will teach you the functionality of contact tracking and how it can be used within your department. This training takes you through all the components of contact tracking, standard letters, and the use of the Personify Outlook Plugin. Included with this training is a preview of the notification system within Personify.
Participants will learn how to maximize their search options within Personify. Learn the tips and tricks used to customize your search settings, filter your search results, and clear their search settings as needed.
Any group of constituents in Personify is identified as a “committee.” Learn how to create, use, and manage committees and explore the powerful Committee Report in data analyzer.
There is no escaping the duplicate records within Personify. Participants will learn when looking at duplicates within the database, which information is kept and which information is deleted during the merge process. In addition, we will discuss the process of reporting duplicate records as well as the process the information technology center is using to merge identified pairs. Additional tips and tricks will be provided to learners on how to prevent duplicate records.
Personify can control a constituent’s solicitation preferences through the CRM360® record. Participants will learn how to update/manage constituent contact information and how they are added/removed from the solicitation reports. You will also learn how to use the AOA Publishing report in Data Analyzer and how to request email and mailing lists from the information technology center.
Relationships are the cornerstone for an association, and Personify is a customer relationship management tool. Adding a relationship between constituents in Personify can have many effects. Learn some of the in-depth ways AOA is using relationships and the impact they have on other applications. You will learn all about adding, updating, and managing employment, family, political, paraoptometric, and subsidiary relationships.
