Advanced Reporting & Data Analyzer (TPS101)

Personify integrates with a detailed third-party software called Data Analyzer, a reporting and query application offered through SAP Business Objects. With training, learners will have the knowledge and tools to build their own reports and queries in Personify. This training will teach you to create queries based on universes, build reports based upon the available fields, utilize filter and parameter tools, add prompts, values, and constraints. Get the tools to work with multiple queries and learn how to schedule reports and more!

Basic Intranet Site Management (TPS102)

AOA is transitioning its Intranet from its legacy system to the updated SharePoint platform! Join us for training to learn how to make simple changes to your department pages such as uploading documents, updating basic department information, and migrate existing content from your existing department pages to the new intranet. Learn how to navigate, and modify placeholder content.

Content Management with Ingeniux CMS (TPS103)

Ingeniux is the content management system (CMS) which allows you to update content on AOA.org and its subsites. This training will ensure participants have the tools and resources to update content on the website, add and manage resources such as documents and images, create secure content for specific members based upon IMS roles. Learn how to use the Basic Constituent IMS Setup screen in Personify to ensure your members have access to the content they need.

Working with Microsoft OneNote 2016 (TPS106)

Microsoft OneNote is a digital notebook that will allow you to stay organized, collaborate, and gather your thoughts to make them better. Through this one-hour course, you will learn how to sort your content across notebooks, sections, and pages, highlight can't-miss notes with 'Important' and 'To-do' tags, draw your thoughts and annotate your notes using a stylus or finger, mix your media such as audio notes, instant videos, and files, and share your notebooks with coworkers.
