Using a database system such as Personify duplicate records are inevitable. No matter the source, duplicate records in Personify can be merged. We ask that you report these records to us so we can analyze the pair, prep the records for the merge process, and finalize the merge in Personify.
Many of the reports, data analyzer queries, and notifications are modified by the AOA Application Development team. We can work with you on making sure you get the outputs you need to perform the day-to-day functions to operate your association.
